This Privacy Policy applies only to NameThisApp.com (the "Web Site") (however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise), which is owned and controlled by NameThisApp, LLC ("Company" or "we," "our," or "us") and other interactive features, applications or downloads that are owned or operated by Company and post this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Web Site and through Company's interactive features, applications and downloads that post this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Site"), and does not cover any information collected at any other web site or offline by Company (unless specifically stated). This Privacy Policy explains Company's information collection practices at the Site, such as the types of information Company collects regarding visitors to the Site and how we may use that information. Information You Provide To The Site

Your Public Profile
If you register to join the Site's online community ("Member"), you may create a personal profile that includes information such as your display name and location (city/state), and optional information added by you including, for example, your job, aspirations, interests, personal photographs and videos, etc. ("Profile"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that you disclose publicly or otherwise upload onto your Profile. If you post Personal Information online through blogs, message boards or other public forums the Site may make available, it will be publicly available and you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties. Company cannot ensure the security of any information you choose to make public and cannot ensure that parties who have access to such publicly available information will respect your privacy. Please exercise caution when deciding what information to include in your Profile and when deciding to disclose Personal Information in any public areas of the Site.
Profile information is used by us primarily to be presented back to and edited by you when you access the service and to be presented to others permitted to view that information on the Site. From time-to-time we may provide Profile preference settings that permit you to specify different levels of Member and non-Member access to certain information on a Member's Profile, the functionality and features of which are subject to change from time-to-time so visit it frequently to confirm the settings reflect your then current preferences and we recommend that you do not post information or content as part of your Profile that you are not prepared to make public. Members should carefully consider the use of such settings to improve information display options and to ensure the settings are properly set and functioning in the manner desired. Notwithstanding the availability of Profile preference settings, you should be aware that these settings are for convenience only and do not employ complex data security protection of the nature we use to protect Personal Information you have not elected to post as part of your Profile and accordingly discretion and good judgment should be exercised when posting information or content as part of your Profile. Changing setting options may not result in immediate changes to the settings, which are subject to our operations and maintenance schedules.
Information You Provide About A Third Party
If you send someone else a communication from the Site, such as sending Site content to a friend, the information you provide (names, e-mail addresses, etc.) is used to facilitate the communication and is not used for any other marketing purpose unless we obtain consent from that person or we explicitly say otherwise. Please be aware that when you use any send-to-a-friend functionality on our Site, your e-mail address may be included in the communication sent to your friend.
Information Third Parties Provide About You
We also may, from time to time, supplement the information we collect with outside records from third parties in order to enhance our ability to serve you, to tailor our content to you and to offer you opportunities to purchase products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. Third Parties Providing Services on our Behalf. We may provide these companies with access to user information, including Personal Information, if necessary to carry out the services they are performing for you or for Company.
Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions. We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (any, a "Promotion") through the Site that may require registration. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to the terms, conditions or official rules that govern that Promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. NOTICE TO PARENTS
The Site is a general audience web site and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children younger than the age of thirteen (13). We will delete any Personal Information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of thirteen (13).
CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION AND QUESTIONS
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided as part of registration. The Site may allow you to correct or update Personal Information you have provided through a Site registration form, in your Profile or otherwise. THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
The Site may contain content that is supplied by a third party, and those third parties may collect web site usage information and your Device Identifier when web pages from the Site are served to your browser. In addition, the Site may contain links to other third party web sites that Company does not control. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any third party web site. For example, if you "click" on a link from a Company partner, the "click" may take you off the Site onto a different web site. This includes links from sponsors and partners that may reference the Site or the Site's logo as part of a co-branding agreement. The Site is operated in the United States and intended for users located in the United States.
